Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Welcome to Kallom. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of products from us, and the use of our personalisation and embroidery services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Kallom

Kallom provides clothing and personalised embroidery services, including customised T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other garments.

2. Using Our Website

By using the Kallom website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We may update, modify, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or improvements.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Products

Kallom offers standard and personalised clothing, which may include:

  • ^
    T-shirts
  • ^
    Sweatshirts
  • ^
    Hoodies
  • ^
    Embroidered garments
  • ^
    Personalised clothing
  • ^
    Custom clothing for individuals, businesses, teams and organisations

Product availability may change without notice.

Because colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device, the colour of a physical garment or embroidery thread may vary slightly from its appearance online.

4. Personalised & Embroidered Products

Many Kallom products are created specifically for the customer using names, dates, phrases, logos, artwork, thread colours or other custom instructions.

You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before submitting your order, including:

  • ^
    Spelling
  • ^
    Names and dates
  • ^
    Wording
  • ^
    Sizes and colours
  • ^
    Thread colours
  • ^
    Logos and artwork
  • ^
    Placement and other customisation choices

Once production has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel a personalised order.

Any digital preview or on-screen representation is intended to help you visualise your product. Minor differences in positioning, scale, thread appearance and colour may occur during the physical embroidery process.

5. Customer-Supplied Designs

Where you provide a logo, image, phrase, artwork or other material for embroidery or customisation, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it.

You must not submit material that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to reject customisation requests containing unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate material.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions.

After receiving your order, we may send an acknowledgement or confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where

  • ^
    A product is unavailable;
  • ^
    Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
  • ^
    Payment cannot be authorised;
  • ^
    We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
  • ^
    A requested customisation cannot reasonably be produced.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

7. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotional offers and sale prices may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • ^
    Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • ^
    Only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • ^
    Promotions may have an expiry date;
  • ^
    Certain products may be excluded
  • ^
    Promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary.

9. Production Times

Personalised and embroidered products require additional preparation and production.

Where an estimated production time is displayed, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date unless we expressly state otherwise.

During busy periods, seasonal events or unusually high order volumes, production may take longer.

10. Delivery

We deliver orders to the delivery locations made available during checkout.

Where applicable, Kallom may offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders, subject to the threshold and conditions displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

11. Returns & Exchanges

For eligible non-personalised products, you may have statutory cancellation and return rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated on our website, eligible returns should be made in their original condition, unworn, unused and with applicable labels or packaging.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

12. Personalised Goods & Change-of-Mind Returns

Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not have the same statutory cancellation rights as standard, non-personalised products.

Accordingly, personalised or custom-embroidered products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or where the personalisation does not match the details you submitted and we accepted.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@kallom.com.

Please provide:

  • ^
    Your order number;
  • ^
    Your name and contact information;
  • ^
    A description of the issue
  • ^
    Clear photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and, where required under applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy such as a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

14. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For standard products, your cancellation rights will be governed by applicable UK consumer law.

For personalised products, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun because the garment is being produced specifically for you.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel or amend the order at our discretion.

15. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size before placing an order.

Where available, please refer to the relevant size guide before purchasing.

Minor variations in garment measurements may occur because of manufacturing tolerances. Personalised products ordered in the wrong size by the customer may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange.

16. Garment Care

Please follow the washing, drying and care instructions supplied with the garment.

Incorrect washing, excessive heat, bleaching, unsuitable detergents or failure to follow care instructions may damage the garment or embroidery.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the applicable care instructions.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Kallom website, including our branding, graphics, photographs, text, designs, website elements and other materials, belongs to Kallom or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our website content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Customer Accounts

Where our website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities carried out through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

19. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accessible and operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may occasionally be restricted because of maintenance, technical problems, security requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. Privacy & Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

Information collected during ordering may include your name, contact details, delivery information, order details and payment-related information necessary to process your purchase.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal data is collected, used and protected.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Subject to applicable law, Kallom will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

22. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, transport disruption, internet or telecommunications failures, industrial action or other unforeseen events.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory rights and protections provided by the laws applicable where you live.

Nothing in this section removes any legal rights you have regarding where a dispute may be brought.
